Media consent

PMWA events are photographed and filmed by resident volunteers so the community has a shared archive of its celebrations.

Submitting media

When you submit a photograph or video you confirm that you have the right to share it and that anyone clearly identifiable in it is comfortable with it being published in the PMWA gallery.

Children

Media featuring children is published only where a parent or guardian has consented. Names of children are never published alongside photographs.

Moderation

Every submission is reviewed before publication. Moderators may decline or crop media, or add photographer credit.

Requesting removal

Any resident may ask the committee to remove a photograph or video that features them or their family. We will take it down promptly.
