PMWA collects only the information needed to run community events: your name, tower and flat number, contact details and the registrations you submit.

What we collect

Account details you provide at registration, event RSVPs, cultural and volunteer entries, quiz attempts, and media you choose to submit.

How we use it

To verify that you are a PBEL City resident, plan events, contact you about your registrations and publish community results such as quiz leaderboards. Leaderboards show only your first name, last initial and tower.

Who can see it

Your personal details are visible only to you and to authorised PMWA committee members. We do not sell or share resident data with sponsors or third parties.

Your choices

You can update your profile at any time, opt out of email or WhatsApp communication, and ask the committee to delete your account and associated registrations.
